We make our chocolate in Ballston Spa, NY. Every bar starts as cocoa beans and gets roasted, winnowed, milled, conched, and molded right here.

On Saturdays we're at the Saratoga Farmers' Market. Through December 26 we're indoors at the Wilton Mall Food Court, 3065 Route 50 in Saratoga Springs, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
On Wednesdays we're at the Empire State Plaza Farmers Market in Albany, indoors in the South Concourse, 10 AM to 2 PM, October through April.
