Allergens

We do no use any of the “Big-Nine” allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame) as ingredients in any of our products or on our equipment. We do not use any ingredients with statements such as “may contain”. However, our products are not Allergen-Free because we do not do allergy testing on them. I personally feel that it is also important to point out that cocoa and tree nuts often grown in the same regions and unintended cross-contamination during processing and/or shipping has happened and resulted in recalls. We also use coconut (a former big-nine allergen) in some of our products and on our equipment.Your health and safety are very important to us. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend consulting with your doctor before consuming our products.

Also note that we sell to chefs and caterers who use our chocolate, along with our name as the source, in recipies that contain allergens.
